1. Can I send the Ecards for Free?
eCards.eyedealab.com is a free service from Eyedea Lab and it doesn’t require any paid membership to sent the ecards. There are also no restrictions to the number of e-cards you can send from the site.
2. Can I send a single ecard / greetings to multiple recipients?
Yes, a single ecard could be send to multiple people by adding more Recipients at the time of sending the card with commas.
3. I can not see the animated ecards, what to do?
Most animated ecards are Flash cards in our site. To view these flash cards, you will require latest flash player for your browser.

4. My browser is telling “Install missing plugins”. Why?
This means the E-Card you have received includes a midi musical sound. So to hear this sound you have to install/activate the midi plugin.

5. How can I know if the card send by me has been viewed by the recipient?
In order to know if the card send by you has been viewed by the recipient, you need to check the option “Read Receipt?” at the time of sending the card.
6. Can I view the card myself, or get a copy of it after it is sent?
In order to know view the card after it was send by you that means to get a copy in your email inbox, you need to check the option “Send me a copy” at the time of sending the card.
